SERVICES
FULL GROOM FOR LONG HAIRED BREEDS
Includes a full pampering session, Pre-groom, bathing, brush, blow dry, full body styling to owners preference, Hygiene area clean, eyes and ears cleaned, nail clip and removal of hair between pads and a spritz of dog fragrance. Price varies.
FULL GROOM FOR SMOOTH HAIRED BREEDS
This breed does not include any body styling includes Pre-groom, bathing, de-shedding, blow dry, Hygiene area clean, eyes, ears cleaned, nail clip and spritz of dog fragrance. From £18
HAND STRIPPING
This is a lengthy groom, which is ideal for those wire-breed dogs. This helps to reveal the dense, soft undercoat, leaving a lovely colour and texture of the coat. Price varies.
PUPPY GROOM PACKAGE
Suitable for puppies aged from 3-6 months. Must have all vaccinations. Designed to slowly introducing your puppy to grooming. This is so your puppy gets used to the grooming process when they are still young. Introducing your puppy at an early age will allow grooming to be more enjoyable when they are older. The groom includes a bath (using puppy safe shampoo and conditioner), gentle blow dry, brush through of there coat, a light tidy around the eyes, feet and sanitary area, nails clipped or filed. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
There will be an additional charge for dogs that are matted and have flea/ticks.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR LATE COLLECTION
As I operate with limited space and on a personalised one to one service, I do need to stress strict collection times due to other dogs been booked in for there time slot, if this isn't adhered to an extra fee may apply. Please also can you arrive on time, if not this may result in cancelling your appointment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

I have had unfortunately a lot of no shows recently and people cancelling on the day of there scheduled appointments.
I understand that matters arise in life and get in the way, but as a small business every no show or cancellation at last minute takes away from my earnings.
I do require a minimum of 24hrs hours notice, 48hours notice for a sunday to cancel or re-arrange any appointment. This will then offer the time slot to someone else who can make it, If this is not adhered to, the missed appointment policy will be applied.
This been 50% of the missed appointment to be paid and any future bookings would also require a small deposit paid in advance for the next required groom. Failing to turn up to the next groom booked, would also result in losing the deposit paid.
